Friday all of the classes were shortened since there was a pep assembly. The varsity and junior varsity basketball squads were introduced. Basketball practice was at Beaty, and I didn't look so bad. After supper I called Mike and persuaded him to go to the wrestling match. Clearfield, noted for their wrestling, came to Warren. The JV lost 58-0, and the varsity lost 47-6, with Al Brown and Harold Cummings winning their matches. It was a bad night.
